Passports cost $25 (prices may vary by location).
What is the Passport Program, and how much does it cost?
Passport holders can replay any Escape Hour experience at 50% off, whether they won or lost. Here's how it works:

Book your experience at full price on our website.

When you arrive, we will validate that your passport matches your ID and that you have the correct stamp for the experience you're replaying.

If everything checks out, we will issue a refund based on how many qualifying passports are presented.

Each passport discount applies only to the person holding the validated passport—a single passport cannot be used to discount an entire group.

The Experience Again perk cannot be used on Saturdays.
How does the "Experience Again" perk work?
No, passports are non-transferable, and the name written in pen must match a valid ID. Back-stamping is not allowed, though exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. To ensure you get the correct stamp, it's best to purchase your passport after completing an experience.
Can I use someone else's passport or back-stamp my passport?
Passport discounts only stack with other passport perks and do not combine with outside discounts.
Do passport discounts stack with other discounts?
Yes! Your passport grants access to perks at every Escape Hour location nationwide.
Can I use an Escape Hour Passport at all Escape Hour locations?
To redeem Escape Hour-exclusive perks, your passport must have been purchased from an Escape Hour location. If you have a different passport and want to unlock Escape Hour benefits, you can pay the retail cost of the passport in-store to receive a special stamp granting you full access to all perks.
